My Hong Kong Couples

It was a busy week for me! I had the pleasure of marrying two couples from Hong Kong one day apart in a magnificent Penthouse in our Melbourne CBD. These gorgeous gentlemen were in Australia to attend a friends wedding and decided to tie the knot whilst they were here. It was a new one for me doing the legal documentation from across the globe, but it worked perfectly.

My first couple had family here and it was just so beautiful, the toast from the groom’s brother was very emotional and I got to watch my first Tea Ceremony.

The second couple I married on the following day, I must say it was definitely the shortest ceremony I have ever performed. But by no means less touching. The room was set up beautifully with a ring of flowers on the floor - my grooms stood inside of the ring and said their vows. They wanted it short and sweet and that is what they got and they couldn’t have been more pleased. Then off they went for dinner with their friends to an Italian restaurant to celebrate.
