Cherie Arrowsmith “Your day - your way”

I am from the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and I live in the beautiful Yarra Valley but I am also based on the Mornington Peninsula so I am diverse when it comes to location. I have a wonderful supportive husband and together we have two children both independent and one recently married in our garden. We love our dogs Bella and Astra both German Shepherds (one softy and one psycho).

Myself, I am a happy, gentle soul, I like to surround myself with positive energy and negativity is always kept at bay. I have a background with people in Personal Support work with the Red Cross especially with the Black Saturday bushfires. I have great listening skills and pride myself in being able to capture the story of someone’s life, whether it be a couple’s love story or the life of a loved one. Your ceremony or service will be written with compassion, love and respect for who I am writing for. I am relatable, reliable and hands on which means I personalise your story to who you are .

Walking or out in the garden with my dogs by my side is where I most like to be and this keeps me grounded.  We are very fortunate to have a great group of friends to socialise with, or just my husband and I like to discover places for a nice wine or coffee.

I pride myself in being able to represent the lives of my clients and write a ceremony that really celebrates their day.
