November what a Month!

Well this month took me from the Mornington Peninsula to Heathcote. From a Friday down the Beach to a Saturday in country Victoria.

My first beautiful couple were married at the Old Appleshed in Boneo and the day threatened to be overcast, and like a charm the sun came out so the staff quickly jumped into action and Plan B turned into Plan A and Teagan and Chayce were married in front of the beautiful vines. The wedding car was magnificent ‘59 Ford Fairlane and the bride was so happy and the groom looked so elegant.

My second couple took me to Heathcote for the wedding of Tara and Steve. Long drive but worth it to marry dear friends. Such a fun day and their union was celebrated by a traditional Hand-fasting Ceremony, the tartan was adorned at either end with each of their family’s crests and when the knot was tied it sat beautifully displaying each crest. The reception was an absolute blast and we danced into the night. We were fortunate enough to know longtime friends, who also live in Heathcote, they own the Palling Brothers Brewery. Generously Pete and Colleen offered us accommodation for the night - so a fabulous weekend catching up after the wedding.
